Jeff Foote doesn't have a clue how to run a business

I called homes plus to ask about warranty on my floor which their service tech scotty told me was covered for 5 years. Lonnie answered the phone, I simply stated that I did not want to speak to jeff Foote, Lonnie told me to kiss his *** and hung up. This was extremely unprofessional. I want an apology from lonnie and them to make this right. If the flooring is not covered, then JEFF FOOTE needs to hire competent people to tell customers accurate information on their warranties.
