We made an agreement with the service center to do partial payment in order to get our vehicle back it was agreed upon and then my husband was unavailable that day that was planned and had to be to work in order to provide the money. Now the next week they are telling us they will not allow us to have our vehicle unless the full amount is paid. We have been waiting for our vehicle since the beginning of september. We previously had been to then for car servicing and our car stopped driving down the road due to one of their mess ups we returned to them only to finish off our car warranty becuase they were the only ones nearby that accepted it now its apparently another story and the owner along with the manager are giving us issues on getting it back because they want the full amount before we can take our vehicle. Money is tight we have a daughter and just bought a home and got Married we cant afford to spend the total right away we live paycheck to paycheck which is why we made. a payment agreement. Now the manager of the office is being rude and telling us we cannot take our vehicle with the agree amount as before. Resolution Sought Allow us to make two payments on the money owed. We cant do the full amount up front but we cna manage if the cost is split into two payments versus the total amount right away that we dont have and wont for weeks we have other Bill's too and are not physically able to give out the total amount in a single week.
