While visiting this Sam's Club there was a white male at the customer service register who didn't know what he was doing. A elderly black female manager came who also didn't know what she was doing and began talking to me as if I was a child in front of customers in order to try and cover the fact that she didn't know what to do. Her focus was completely being rude and disrespecting me instead of trying to figure out how to resolve the problems with other customers. She needs to be careful behaving like that to customers it may not go the way she thinks it will go. Sam's club should let this horrible manager go she is bad for business.
