Am filing a complaint about company name Honda Factory Parts.Com Marlton NJ 08053 32573, Suite B order # 17436 the parts 81167-TS8-305 Honda Civic cord kit seat weight sensor & opds, year 2013. I order this part on 06/07/21. And the website stated that it was in-stock. I didn't receive my order on till August 24th, up on. Bringing the part. to my technician comes to find out its the wrong part they send me..I immediately contacted Honda part by email when found out its the incorrect parts. They send me they email me an indicated they going to. Refunded me back my money for the incorrect parts. They send. Me. I email Honda Factory parts.com over 20 times no response called so many time no response this is not how you treat customers there are bad for business..never will I ever buy from these people again..I still have the part don't know what to do with it because I can't use it for my car.. Resolution Sought I would like the company to honor the refund as they stated in the email .
