Customer Complaint

Traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot. Purchased vehicle for 26,000 and the total bill ended up being 37,000 financed even with 1000 down and trade in. Was promised a reliable and clean vehicle. The vehicle was not cleaned like they said it would be and I still have not received a check for the taxes so I can put the vehicle in fully in my name. The vehicle is costing me over 40,000 after financing charges. Also I've already experienced mechanical problems with vehicle. I've called them multiple times but haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. Resolution Sought I would like the money for the taxes I paid on vehicle so I can register and transfer title in my name.
