It was supposed to be a simple free maintenance that day of 6/29/2023 there mechanic told them after looking at the van it had major oils leaks and transmission leaks.i ask what was the least expensive vehicle they had ,I ask about a truck but little that know it was a lemon,the engine will stall after taking off it almost got me in a wreck and it has blood & broken glass of windshield in the cab,in the seats I already got cut on, Glass comeing out the AC ducts into the cab as I go down the road breathing into my lungs glass particles and as you set on the cloth seats the glass would come up through the cloth seats and stick you on the back side legs and ass.in the sun light you can see the tiny bits of glass peaces and some was big sharp peaces, Joseph Hosni general manager told me to drive the truck back to them,he didn't believe me and wanted to see for himself the inside of the truck and sure enough he seen the blood in the cloth seats and glass but wouldn't take the truck back and unwind me out of it from the bank, there's a unwind company at this number 855-976-9766,I called Santander bank and they said there not answering the phone I said I know they quit answering my phone calls also and David the other manager got really mean to me over the phone when I told him to take the truck back and they know we're trying to contact them both, Joseph Hosni and David want answer.thid truck was in a accident and peaple got hurt or died in this truck I smell blood death inside cab Resolution Sought Get this truck note bill out my name off my credit $0.00 it out.before it runs my good credit,I'm not paying for something that has human tissue and blood in it and I smell it in the hot sun when opening the truck door in the heat.theted deer hair also in it.i have pictures to prove all this I say.glass imbedded in the cloth seats and blood stains all over this trucks cloth seats.$23,000 Plus interest needs to be off my credit cancel truck purchase.theg said my van left for auction already.$1500

I am in-house counsel for Hondal of Slidell (the "Dealership) and am responding to your letter dated August 1, 2023. We investigated your allegations and confirmed that this 2018 Chevrolet Colorado VIN1GCSBEA5J1280869 (the "Vehicle) in AS IS Condiition to your client, Mr. Brumfield, on or about June 30, 2023. The dealership performed a used vehicle inspection prior to sale and your client inspected the Vehicle prior to purchase. More than a week after the purchase, he called to state that he found blood and glass in his car. We asked him to bring the vehicle to the Dealership for an inspection and he complied. The Vehicle was not only inspected by the Dealership but also by the Slidell Police Department based on your client's allegations. Neither the Slidell Police Department nor the Dealership found any blood in the Vehicle. As a courtesy, the Dealership offered and your client accepted a detail fo the Vehicle free of charge. He picked up the Vehicle after the detail and expressed his appreciation for the free service. Based on the forgoing, Honda of Slidell respectfully denies your claim. in the event that you decide to pursue a claim against the Dealership despite this response, we will seek to recover all costs, including attorney's fees, associated with the defence of the same.
