01/04/ 2023, I dropped off my 2014/HONDA/ACCORD at HONDA WORLD 13600 Beach Blvd ,Ca 92683 to replace the Transmission. HONDA WORLD charge me $13,200 is unfair because, my car made by HONDA. Resolution Sought I would like to request for service fee waiver.

Company states; My name is Ms. Ruiz I'm the Customer Relations Manager here at Honda World Westminster. I spoke to customer Tai Do yesterday 1/19/23. I let him know we would refund him the amount of $100.00 for the diagnosis as he requested in the complaint. The check will be mailed to him today 1/20/23 for the amount of $100.00.
