Almost 2 weeks ago I took my jeep into the honest 1 on McLoughlin because of a miss fire and it had just over heated for the first time the night before. They said they would need to run diagnostics to locate the problems. I said okay. 2 days later I finely got tired of waiting and called them They said it needed spark plugs and a radiator cap I said okay. Later that day I went and picked up my truck it cost me $650 for under $30 in parts. It was what ever so I paid it and did not even make it the 6 miles home and the check engine light was back on and it was over heating again. The shop had already closed for the weekend. Monday I called and they said they would not have time for me to bring it back in till Tue. So, I take it back another 2 days later they call and say it's ready it just needed to be burped. So I go get it and again I don't make it home before the check engine light comes on and it over heats. I open the hood and see they had left a hose clamp on my radiator hose stopping all liquid from circling my engine. So I take it back in the next day and told them it still was not fixed and asked them about the hose clamp they said so shit that was from testing and should have been taken off before being driven. That was last Friday now today Tue I still don't have any answers other than they are going to look at it tomorrow but they think it blew the radiator which they had supposedly already checked and it was fine but now it's going going to cost me another. Resolution Sought I want my money back and they should have to fix what their neglect caused by forgetting to remove that hose clamp. I have been without a vehicle for almost 3 weeks now because of their incomplete service

These are the events that led to this issue, We have been more than fair in trying to resolve the complainant's issues, the last visit we had replaced the radiator at no cost, 800+ also the prev diagnosis fee of 150.00 . I attempted multiple times to follow up with her to ensure that the issue is fix and she has not returned my calls, We have a 3 year or 36k warranty so if there is any issues still it is fully covered. There will be no refund, We have 6 other locations that will also cover this issue if there still is one under warranty.
