My name is Jim Arnold. I took my vehicle to honest Auto less than 8 months ago I had power steering lines replace when I took my vehicle in they said all three need to be replaced. I said okay replace them I need a vehicle to drive back and forth to work. they did the work for me less than a year now my power steering went out. I have called honest Auto eight times today on November 21st 2022 nobody has returned my call I have no way to work and I put a lot of trust in to this company that worked on my vehicle I know they're open but they're just not one to return my call because I believe they didn't replace my lines with new new ones and I think they only replace what they thought they could get away with but they told me they replaced all of them with brand new Resolution Sought If it did not replace all three lines like they charged me to $400 I want them to replace it for free I paid them for what they said they did and I don't believe they did what they said and I had to miss today's work that cost me $200

Customer did try to call all between the hours of 7:30am and noon on the 21st of november . we open at 8 am . He left several nasty messages i was out sick on the 21st i tried to return customers call by 9 am on the 22nd when i returned i have called customer over 10 times since he never returned my calls. the correct repair was made almost a year ago and customer was walked under his vehicle at that time to explain repairs. customer didnt give us a fair ammount of time to call him back being i was out sick . If repairs are under warranty honest auto would have taken care of it .
