So I put my house payment amount into my account and it got pulled honor credit union reversed my payment and charged me a fee when there was exact amount in there to pay it! Then waited till after reversing house payment and took my car payment they had no authorization from me to stop or reverse payment and I have proof that the funds were there ! Resolution Sought I want an apology and my account credited back with the reverse fee and I want them to call and apologize to my mortgage company so I don't get a late fee with them as well for a bank error if not I'm have to seek an attorney because this was unauthorized reversal and illegal without my knowledge or approval!

The total balance before the mortgage payment was drafted was 3.80 more than needed to pay the loan, but there was an additional secured funds amount of 42.22 from a 3/1 Amazon purchase that had not yet cleared until 3/3. This left the account short 38.42, so unfortunately the mortgage payment was returned. The draft of the auto loan payment was done in online banking by someone with the login information. We have refunded the fees and worked with the member to resolve this to their satisfaction.
