I usually go to Hoosier Park 3 time s a week, the last 2 weeks , my favorite machine to play is the Buffalo Gold. My last 2 trips to Anderson has been so disappointing, there are 8 of the machines and only 4 of them were operating, because the bill stackers were full, I have never encountered this problem before ,what is the problem? Why are the machine not being serviced? Also when I come in the casino is so dirty, where are all the housekeepers, I sure don't see them on the floor I guess I will drive the extra miles and go to Shelbyville Horseshoe. Thank you for listening, please handle this... Resolution Sought A response to my complaints, please.
