The lady while dropping off stuff was very rude and hateful
The lady while dropping off stuff was very rude and hateful and the same thing when I tried to call to talk to a manager. I think as a remedy to this equation for the customer care service at your thrift store I think that you should re-evaluate and rehire and actually train a little better in communication skills.
