I ordered KN95 masks from this company and paid for them by credit card. Upon receiving them my husband and I put several on and the straps broke. So, we returned all the masks as defective. We do not get any response from them and no refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money. I paid 54.99 for the masks and 5.20 postage to return them, so a total of 60.19.

On January 10, 2022 I purchased face mask of 30 masks at an amount of $58.43 off of an offer on Facebook or infomercial. The company did not put any contact information on my bank statement. Resolution Sought I would like for my purchased amount of $58.43 to be debited back into my checking account and the company to be investigated for fraudulent activities.
