I have had fraud on my credit report, and some inquiries are under investigation. Horace Mann Insurance inquired about my credit on 3/2023. I am not affiliated with them and I did not give them permission to access my file. The address listed on the credit report is 1 Horace Mann plaza Springfield Illinois 62715. The number listed is 217-788-5177. The number is continually busy and unreachable. The number does not match the address that it is listed on the report or through the website online. Resolution Sought Removed from credit report. Look into any fraudulent activity.
