I saw a post on Facebook marketplace of a "for sale" 2006 Honda civic. I messaged the lister(Dexter Sims) and set up a time to meet to look at the vehicle and possibly purchase. After checking the vehicle, I decided to purchase. I paid in full cash the price of $3,600 and was written a full bill of sale and paid TAVT taxes and was told they would be submitted through the habersham county tag office and I would be receiving the title and tag in the mail. I spoke with the Habersham county tag office and they said the forms had not been submitted for tag/title. I've tried calling and getting in touch with the company (706-246-3999) and can't get an answer from anyone. My temporary tag is a few days from expiring and I need this issue resolved immediately. Resolution Sought For the seller to uphold said agreement and submit the proper paperwork so I remain legal to drive this vehicle and to take responsibility of any Fees/fines if not done in the time accordance with Ga law.

Per consumer, It was taken care of. I'm only letting you know because it's the honest thing to do. This guy is a crook and I would never recommend anyone to him for anytime for any reason. I had to get law enforcement to visit him before he took care of business.
