Customer Complaint

I have bought a toy part known as a AR620 reciever. This is a electronic part. What was sent was a reciever that did not move Any "Servos" ever. I contacted horizon hobby to exchange reciever for new replacement. This is 10/12/22, They will not respond. I know for a fact that reciever is a Lemon. I am within warrenty time of 30 days. Bought 9/14/22. Bought on internet. Resolution Sought I would like to replace the SPMAR620 DSM2/DSMX 6CH Sport Reciever. Give in fair exchange or credit me.

Company states: Customer created two email cases on 10/12/22. Case numbers are 01753611 and 01754153. Both cases had an agent respond that day with a request for proof of purchase and additional information. Neither time receive a reply from customer. Supervisor reached out on 11/7/22 once this letter was received and we have not received a reply as of 12/5/22.
