I had originally signed a contract with a different solar company. I canceled that contract and signed app with a contract through horizon because I was promised I would receive 6 months worth of my power bill in a check. I would have been unable to afford this project without that compensation. I have called numerous times and have sent Screenshots of my conversation with the solar rep stating I would get a check for 6 months worth of my power bill. Since then I have called numerous times and every time I call they tell me they will find out what's going on and call me back. At one point they did call me back and claimed a check was sent out. It never was. I contacted them again and I get the same response as before. That they need a few days to figure it out. It's been months now. I've had to put things on a credit card to afford the bill. I would have never agreed to this contract if they weren't going to send the money they promised they would. Resolution Sought At this point I want the total of my solar project to be reimbursed. The stress this has caused me is uncalled for. I am a single widowed mother of 4.i can't afford Christmas for my children because of this contract. I can't afford my power bill and the solar panel loan bill. My solar loan is almost $50,000.

Regina, thanks for reaching out. After conducting an internal review of your situation, we determined that your sales rep gave a check in the amount of $1000 to an agreed upon family friend of yours (Dan) to deliver to you. We have confirmed on our side that the check was indeed deposited. We feel we have not breached our contract to warrant a full reimbursement, as Horizon PWR is not responsible for the promises made by our sales representatives as stated in the "PROMISES" section of our contract. In addition, we reviewed your recorded introductory support call with our office, when asked if there were any special promises that were made to you that the office should be made aware of, to which you said there was not.

I have not received a check of any kind. And the total from 6 months worth of power bill was almost $3,000, not $1,000. A check should have been sent to me. Not a third party. I have text messages as proof of said promise. At this time I want my full solar loan reimbursed. This is a list ditch effort for horizon to make this right before I pursue legal action.
