I traveled to Hornbeck Chevrolet on March 6th 2023 to potentially purchase a new vehicle. I chose a 2020 Nissan Murano. We sat down with a sales member and filled out all the necessary paperwork that was needed for approval. After about 1 hr we were informed that I had a lender. I filled out the agreement and was told that my payment booklet would arrive in the mail. My first payment would be 45 days from that day. 1 week before scheduled payment date I reached out to Hornbeck Chevrolet to inquire if they had any knowledge on why I had not received my payment book as. I was informed that someone would reach back out to me. 3 days went by and I once again reached out to Hornbeck Chevrolet to ask if they knew where my payment book was so that I would not be late on my payment. I was then informed by the manager that the finance department manager and sales member had mishandled my contract with the lender and the lender was no longer able to offer me a deal. I was then promised that it was "no big deal," and the manager would find me a new lender. I was told he would be in touch within a week to let me know who my new lender would be and when I would have to go back to fill out new agreement. I never received a response. I reached out to Hornbeck Chevrolet once a week every week until I finally was able to speak with someone in May. I was told he had a new agreement for me and would call me back in 3 days. Never called back. I called again several times and left numerous me Resolution Sought I was told he had a new agreement for me and would call me back in 3 days. Never called back
