The car is riding exactly the same, if not worst!

I came in there because my tires are riding funny. The front desk clerk writes he has a shimmy on the left side so they diagnosed $500 worth of problems. I come get the car and the car is riding exactly the same, if not worst so I go back to see what is it they could have possibly done and the main mechanic want to argue about a difference and words from knock and shimmy which I didn't write. I said check my tires out there mechanics are incompetent and I think they looking for a payday I don't recommend anyone get no work done there. Go out of business.
