I purchased a car for 10,000 from Horton Brothers in Newark Delaware. At the point of sale, the title was not given to me. The owner Wags said he would give it to the following day. That was April 15th, 2023. I never received the title or tags. Wags does not call me back. The car was paid in full on April 15th, 2023. This is Auto Fraud. The engine blew a month after purchase. I have a non working car that I paid for but don't own. No title or tags. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
