The gym is supposed to be 24/7 using an app that opens the door. I brought my daughter one Sunday when they were close- which the policy never said you couldn't have your 13 year old child and also I did this after going to work out one day when an employee had her two young children in there horse playing on the equipment. The club then restricted my access to enter and I only had access when an employee was working which interfered with my schedule so I elected to cancel my membership and paid the last two months out in advance of $160. 00 and was told I had access. I drove down to the gym a few time outside of hours with an employee and the app didn't work. Not to mention I paid for parking to find that I couldn't access the gym. I mentioned this to them and they responded that they will terminate my contract for $99 immediately and they would refund $60 to the card on file. I never agreed to this but they did it anyways. I feel that if they want to break their contract that I signed then I would not be responsible for paying them they change and broke the contract without my consent. Resolution Sought Refund the $99. Not to mention the mandatory yoga mat and towel that I purchased for $100. If the yoga mats and towels are mandatory to protect their warranty with the equipment then they should be provided with the membership.
