Clean up the mess that they are getting paid to do

This place cleans and blacktops parking lots, drives exct. They are too clean the lots, NOT BY BLOWING ALL TRASH AND DEBRI ONTO A NEIGHBORS LOT!! unacceptable. Manager stated I would be sued if i blow the dirt and trash back over!! Employee stated he was "new" I don't care new or 20 years on the job, train them!! Ask yourself if you want other peoples trash in your yard!! I'd say no, and I would say no too this place doing my blacktop as well
