A contract was signed on August 19, 2024, for the agreed sale price of the house, at 10120 St Paul Dr., Port Charlotte, FL 33981, for the agreed price of $285,000.00. That contract was ratified on August 21, 2024. At that time there was an agreement that an addendum would be added to the deal to allow me to stay at the residence until funding cleared my account, as I did not have enough funds to pay the movers nor pay for my rent! That was agreed upon and with the stipulation that I would be charged back rent as there would be liability to the buyer. Because the title work had been done previously, it allowed for a rapid close. It was agreed upon that August 29th, would be the close. About four days before the close, instead of an addendum to stay, Vince in settlements informed me that I would have to vacate the premises. I reminded him of the prior agreement however he informed me that they didn't do business that way. He explained that after I had movers move out my belongings he would have an inspector in the house to take photos and I would surrender the house keys and garage door openers. He informed that the funds from the closing of the house would be in my bank account that same afternoon or the following day. That did not happen! The contract said September 21, 2024, at the latest. I am still waiting! LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN HOUSE PAYING FOR EVERYTHING!! Resolution Sought During this time the business has asked for a couple of concessions to the sale price with promises of the sale happening at that time, specifically that day. I would just like the funding at the contracted full sale price. My bank account has had a negative balance for weeks! The movers call me every day and he has offered nothing?? I apparently saved him nearly $6000/yr, by transferring my flood insurance to him. I have lost over 25 lbs. starving waiting for the funds.

I keep receiving letters from House Buyers of America asking me if I want to sell my house. I received a letter from this company 2 years ago and I told them then my house is NOT on the market to sell. I am so tired of receiving these letters when I requested they permanently take my name and mailing address out of their database 2 years ago. Resolution Sought Permanently take my name and mailing address out of their database and STOP sending these letters asking to buy house.
