The Vivica Fox wig I ordered on April 30th was not the same wig I received and to small. On May 7th to June 21st i have been requesting for a returned label and they only respond back about its been received and being reviewed by their staff support staff. The phone number no one answers the phone only a recording that gives you no response. I have been very patient about the matter but it seems like they are not there for the customers. I would appreciate it so much if you could reach out to them to straightened out the matter at hand. Thank you. Have a Blessed Day. Resolution Sought I would appreciate it if I could get my refund.

I ordered wigs from house of beauty 12/18/21 they have not got back in touch with me about the order I made when you call no one answer the phone this wigs was $87,92 and they not responded back to me yet today is 5/6/22 the address is House of Beauty, 2191 Hornig Rd Philadelphia PA 19116. Resolution Sought Give me back my money on my credit card and the amount is $87.92.
