I placed an order with this company by phone I placed my order with the owner Heather using my bank debit card. As soon as I received my order I opened it up and iit was damaged. I immediately contacted Heather through Facebook messenger showed her the photos of the damage. She said it had to be done and shipping but there is no way it looks like something had been sat on it, and stained it with this Dark gray/ blackish color plus It had dents and scratches , I offered to return it at her expense I ask for a pre-paid return label since I received iit damaged, she he immediately said she would not pay for return shipping. That was my responsibility I told Heather I understood I would be responsible for return shipping if it was due to my fault, or I had changed my mind, she said no small company should have to pay for return shipping and I stated I didn't feel. I should be responsible to be out of pocket to ship an item that was damaged back to the company. I did file dispute with my bank they will not give me my money back without me returning the item , they said they don't have the authority to have her to send me a prepaid return label, even though they understood that I received a damaged item from her company. I also have photos of our conversation about the damage with photos but since I filed a dispute with my bank, this company has removed the conversation off of Facebook, messenger so the only record of our conversation is photo I had taken for the bank. Resolution Sought Send me a pre-paid return label so I can return the damaged item and receive a full refund of this wooden framed laundry sign.
