•Front porch do not work •plugs in the living room do not work •garage door will not let up needs a code or etc •stove plug needs a cover to avoid a fire •needs new sink in bathroom •AC unit do not work and it's a system out there •mail box broken inside and out •garage also have urine and dog boo boo Please help no one been out to inspect the home Kitchen leaks. The kitchen sink leaks terribly and if or when you flush the toilets you will hear them in your sinks Bathroom leaks if I flush toilet it comes up through the tub Maintenance men do not want to work at all In the half bathroom there's a big hole where the rats gets in to the home and cuts up And in the winter no heat you will have to get gas in order for it to warm up but that still doesn't work either The septic tank was terrible every time we flushed the toilet it would come out of it and it smelled like shit I'm there every day and I mean everyday and worse during the summer His name is Irfan Rajpari that's what he calls himself though. I signed lease February 25 2024 No electricity was on or water I have a little girl Please help I'm also getting attorney involved Resolution Sought Fix this home to be livable or give me a refund
