This company is so pitiful they should not be in business because they don't know the first thing about customer service

I had a appointment 28th of April with Houston Air Comfort they was assigned to me by Choice Home Warranty the window was 11:00 to 3:00, they never called or showed up. This company is so pitiful they should not be in business because they don't know the first thing about customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a Zero in my opinion. I would like Houston Air Comfort ratings to drop so they can see how it feels to give very poor customer service. And have customers waiting on them on Saturday and they never shows up.
