We agreed to pay $180 one time for three months. We made it very clear that that was all we could afford and the lady who we spoke with several times, said no problem that this deal would be best for us. Now they are charging us $180 each month and I tried to speak to someone to cancel and explain the issue and no one will return my calls or emails. They overdrew my account by doing this because I was under the impression it was a one time payment or we never would have agreed to the services. They also did not find us a single job and told us that we would have work within the first couple weeks guaranteed. Resolution Sought Refund the $180 and cancel our membership immediately.

Signed up for free trial that when you cancel within 30 days you will not be charged. I was charged and tried to get a refund but was impossible to get a hold of company. Had the option to cancel through app/fill out form and took my cards off the file. Now being told I'm being sent to collections. Looked it up and flooded with bad reviews with other people saying they are stuck in the same loop. Resolution Sought Already disputing charge with credit card company, would like the company to stop harassing me saying I will be sent to collections.
