I'm a 56 year old disabled senior. I've been waiting since April really longer for tires for my mobile scooter. Hoveround keeps telling me the manufacturer in China doesn't have them.But my problem is that I have serious health issues heart failure end stage kidney failure and now in need of a liver transplant among other issues.Hernia in naval and Bad feet and it's very hard for me to get around. They're a multi million dollar company and they can't get 2 front tires? I explain that to them and still they can't help me I even contacted Drive the manufacturer they were suppose to help me but haven't heard from them either. My scooter was a great help because I don't have a car.i have to walk with a walker or cane and it's making me worse. Can you please help me? Resolution Sought I'm hoping they find another manufacturer asap. I'm quite anybody else they would've done so.

Called about the need for an adjustment on the speed controller. I feel it is dangerous the way it came. I was told it would cost me over $100.00. The machine is less than a week old., and should not cost anything to make right. Called and requested a receipt and was told they didn't have tha ability to give a receipt. After several calls was connected to a person who said he would mail me a receipt. Never received it. Called several times asking about their refund policy and was shuffled from dept. to dept. Never after over an hour never got an answer about how I could get a refund. Still do NOT have a receipt. Resolution Sought Fix it or give me a refund. I need a chair, but suspect I am dealing with a shady company. It is new and should be repaired at no charge.
