I had ordered two cabinet doors for kitchen and was told a week or little longer turned into 9 weeks when I got them home after a long wait I put them up for contactor to install when my contractor went to put them on one was over width other was over length so I went to take them back and was told I would not receive credit of money back and was hung up on over phone Resolution Sought Refund me my total payment

Customer was informed that factory had closed in China due to increased tariffs. When factory was moved to Vietnam customer was informed that there could be manufacturing differences in the product. These doors were ordered and the customer was told that they came from the Vietnam factory. Customer called and was told they were not returnable. All special orders are non-returnable. Customer left the doors at the business but they need to be picked up.
