I would like for her to treat customers friendly.

Went in to do my laundry. First I went to get change and get a cart for my clothes, but the lady told me you can't get change without washing. I told her I am washing, where are your clothes in a very angry tone. I told her in my car she then said, no you have to get your clothes first. I told her no I'm going to do it my way. She said no I run things here and if you don't go get your clothes first I'm going to call the police. I just walked out in angry and frustration. Not everyone out here is trying to be sneaky. I just want to wash my clothes without any harassment. People getting paid to do a job shouldn't act like this. I couldn't find a website to go to so I could file a complaint with them directly.
