On March 4th I ordered from their site a step2 hot wheels extreme ride on roller coaster. On March 27th the tracking said my package was delivered. What I received was a leather tissue box cover. I tried to find a phone number to speak to someone but nothing listed Soni have emails going back and forth they said the wrong item was shipped. I asked for my money back but they insisted on resending so I agreed they supposedly resent my order on April 1st. Tracking says it was in my city for the last week until this morning it's says it's been lost. I have emailed them asking for my money back and told them I was filing with the BBB. They replied with be patient. I gave them a second chance and the benefit of the doubt I just want my money back. As I have searched for reviews of this place I truly think they need shut down soany people have lost out their products and money I feel this place is not leggit Resolution Sought I want a full refund and hopefully these people can be shut down.
