I called HTM credit union because I haven't received my New credit card in the mail.

I have been a customer for HTM credit union for 6 years, and NEVER had a problem ever. Up until May 4th 2021. I called HTM credit union because I haven't received my New credit card in the mail. I shouldn't have to call and remind a businesses to send out a new card,. The cashier lied too me and said The reason why my card wasn't sent out was because of a glitch,... Lies, lies,lies, my credit card expired 4/21. New ownership, he needs to be investigated. Still no card. Today's date is 5/5/21. So please investigate.
