Shipping delay and no refund

I ordered a luggage piece around the end of July, I was shipping it to Connecticut cause I needed to use it for an abroad trip I was making. Eventually the shipping started to be so late that I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund made so I contacted costumer service, wrote an email and asked for it explaining the situation, all they did was answering my emails with alleged new shipping date and ignore the fact that I couldn't get the luggage anymore cause I was not at the address, I've already gone to my trip. It's been around 5 months and the order NEVER CAME and the refund was never made. I'm so mad this happened.

Scam - Phone number is invalid and they send your item on purpose to the wrong address

I tried calling and it's not a valid phone number. it's a scam. They send your package to Hayward CA and you never see your package. You try emailing them and they take forever to email you back. When you tell them that it shipped to the wrong address they tell you that it has been delivered, by any chance that you haven't received it yet, please check the post office regarding with your parcel. And when you check with the post office they tell you that sender sent the package to themselves and there's on way for you to get it.
