I brought my car to Hub City Ford for a recall and was harass by the service technician Mike Benett touching me on my shoulder several times calling me sweetheart over and over again, I have audio where he called me sweetheart about calling me for over charging me for auto parts to fix my car. The total $3674. I think because I ignore him calling me sweet heart and touching my shoulder. Transmission was supposed to be repaired for free quoted an article by their CEO Jim Farley. Resolution Sought To receive my car back free of charge without filing charges against Mike Benett with a 2 year warranty on my vehicle.
