Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I purchased a double camera baby monitor by Motorola. I wanted to purchase a new screen so I contacted Motorola via facebook messenger. They asked me a bunch of questions and ended the message with we can't help because that model is supported by HubbleConnected now. So I contacted Hubble with all the information I was told to provide. They did not respond for 10 days. Long story short…they told me the item was discontinued 2 years ago. It hasn't even been 2 years since the item was bought. They offered me 25 off a single camera item. A single camera item does me no good because I have twins. And this was a $230 item. So 25 off is a joke. I told them this it's is still being sold in stores and they cannot make money off of it if the item is discontinued. The dismissed my concerns. I could go to target right now and buy this discontinued item. Resolution Sought I would like a new double camera monitor (which is cheaper than the one I bought) or I would like a refund of $230 so I can take my business elsewhere. This is outrageous.
