I went to Huber's farm to pick out a pumpkin. I got a pumpkin I did not get it at the pumpkin patch I got it out of the bin outside of the building. I went in to see how much it would cost the pumpkin that I wanted. They waited it was $20. I said oh I don't want to pay that much for a pumpkin. And the girl at the register reply you have to it's our policy. I said where's that at she goes down there I said I didn't come in that way she goes if you pick it you have to pay for it I said I didn't pick it I got it right outside that door in a Ben. She replied it doesn't matter our policy is if you pick it you have to pay for it I said you can't make me pay for that I don't have a contract with you you can't make me buy anything cuz all you have to. And I looked it up online and it says that if you don't have a written contract with a vegetable vender you do not have to make a purchase. How can they force me to pay for something that I don't want it wasn't damaged or anything. And tell me I have to purchase it. Resolution Sought Make them take that sign down and not tell people that they have to because of their policy. I didn't really have $20 to spare for that.
