I was told cancellation less than 24hr of appointment was $20. Company charged me 50 of service when I called and told them I could not be there. The amount the service was going to be when I scheduled the appointment was never told to me and I was told incorrect cancellation fee. There is nothing on their website letting clients know this hidden fee unless you book online, so you have to trust the person over the phone is giving you the correct information, which in my case did not happen. Instead of letting me speak to a manger before wrongfully charging, they went ahead and charged the $141.00. A business should have their policies on a website for the general public to read and understand. Also the employees should be properly trained on procedures and policies when making appointments over the phone. Resolution Sought Refund of $121.00 from the 141.00 charged
