Great work, but issues with a worker and unmasked unvaccinated workers

Huff's Hut Construction installed a multi-sliding panel door in my home. Mark's workers did an excellent job and they worked hard to get the job done. However, one of his workers--Saul--created some issues. I had to ask him multiple (over 10) times to close the front door when he entered and and exited my home. He never did close the door and was outright defiant about following my simple request. I have a cat that I didn't want to go outside and , due to horses on my block, there are many flies everywhere. I had to stay vigilant and constantly close the door after Saul. Even after I called the office to complain and he was supposedly reminded to close the door, he continued to leave the door open. The other workers closed the door and were very easy to deal with. I have had many workers in my home throughout the years, but none as difficult as Saul. None of them had on masks (there is still a pandemic) and when I checked, weren't vaccinated. I would think that Mark would require his workers, who are entering homes and dealing with the public, to be vaccinated, or at the very least, to wear masks. It is just common sense and keeps everyone safe.
