Refused to send someone out to fix the internet missed work due to not be able to use it. I have called over 5 times in the last week been on the phone for over a hour doing the same thing over and over again and they just transfer you to someone else and their customer service is awful barley speak English and unwilling to accommodate you all I asked if for a tech to come out Resolution Sought Be shut down they don't work they don't know what what to do and blame you for your service no working shut them down if I could give a zero star I would

I cancelled the account with them , I sent there items back that they wanted. Then it cost me for postage of 18.98 ,I was fine with but then they bill me for a bill 20.00 dollars I called them and told them we're even and they weren't getting any money. Now they hired a attorney and they want 210.00. Resolution Sought To call it paid in full.
