I signed up for HughesNet in July I was promised $45 a month payments My payments kept going up I was not able to use the services as I was led to believe that I could. And then without very clear specifications I was charged $355 for an early cancellation fee when I found a better internet. I tried to discuss this with one of the managers and was basically told that I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. I feel that they are very unprofessional and that their personnel need to speak very clear and precise English beings they're in the United States and the person has stated that they have a hard time understanding thick accents. Due to the fact that my first language is not English and I needed verification I asked four different times before canceling my services if there was a cancellation fee all four times it was avoided according to the manager he said it was clearly stated but no it was not. Not even at the end of the call. I believe that they should have to refund this to me as they did not give me the option to know how much I had to save a sides close my services or allow me time to make arrangements for it. So being on disability I am now being in charged in overdraft fee daily because my account has now overdrawn. I am going to try to take out a loan from my bank to cover this small payment according to their statement. However that does not stop me from the original $38 overdraft in the $14 a day that it is overdrawn. Resolution Sought I would like a leniency on the $355 closed fee that is required so that I have time to obtain the loan to pay this which I have already been approved for I just need for it to come in it takes 5 days. So that I do not continue to accumulate the $14 a day overdraft fee.

Cancelled service Jan 3 2025 they stayed 325,00 connection fee I was unaware of this when I first signed up plan was put under my daughter name because she was a student after a yr price went up someone came to my door changed my plan service Terrible same provider I was at work I never signed anything. They said they have contract. I contacted my bank they disputed charge after about a month deducted my account 325,00 it's ok I don't get my money back . But they were the only providers in my mobile park I needed internet service cause of my daughter schooling. I had to switch mobile providers cause the internet service so bad Resolution Sought Show you the contract where I signed or my daughter signature
