I have called numerous times about the speed of this internet. Today took me 25 min to login to Hughesnet.com. That shouldn't happen. Our speed goes down to 0.04 mb when streaming on Dish TV. With a disabled husband I have to have a reliable internet and our income is my husbands disability check (less than $2k month). If we could afford to pay more for more "priority" data we would. All the good talk they did when we signed up is malarkey. We wish we could switch to a different provider but with the $20 a month early termination fee we can't afford to do that either! These are supposed to be our Golden years and all we have is fools gold!! We will not recommend Hughes to anyone! Resolution Sought Please let us out of this contract with no fees. We need a reliable internet that's gonna be there when we need it if I need to get ahold of doctors and such! Thank you

Refused to send someone out to fix the internet missed work due to not be able to use it. I have called over 5 times in the last week been on the phone for over a hour doing the same thing over and over again and they just transfer you to someone else and their customer service is awful barley speak English and unwilling to accommodate you all I asked if for a tech to come out Resolution Sought Be shut down they don't work they don't know what what to do and blame you for your service no working shut them down if I could give a zero star I would
