There is a woman who I have no idea who she is, that has fraudulently applied herself to my disabled toddler's account...I got SSI on my own for my child and did not use their services. I received a letter saying that I wrote social security to appoint her as a claimant. I will take legal action against this person if she does not remove herself. I have already reported to social security and inspector general's office about her. This is just purely disgusting unethical behavior. Her name is Victoria Lynn McConnell. Resolution Sought Victoria Lynn needs to remove herself from my child's SSI account. This Human Arc company was calling me and I told them to remove my information from their system, and apparently they did not and they took it a step too far. I am going to sue this woman for fraud.

We have reviewed the complaint filed by Ms. Nitti and dispute her allegations. Due to the privacy restrictions afforded to her and her daughter under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we are unable to provide much detail in this response, but the complainant signed paperwork with our company in November 2022 authorizing us to work on her and her daughter's behalf. We are more than happy to provide copies of this paperwork to her directly if she completes a Records Request Letter that can be obtained by emailing us at Contact.Us@centaurihs.com. In addition, we have notified the health plan who referred Ms. Nitti and her daughter to us of the complaint and will work with them to bring this matter to resolution. Our services are completely voluntary, so should Ms. Nitti wish to no longer work with us, we will remove ourselves as her daughter's authorized representative and formally withdraw from her case. I was working directly with Social Security in November of 2022. The only time I worked with Centauri was in the year 2020, and I ended up canceling my claim with your company. I spoke to your company a month or two ago because they called asking about if anyone has contacted me to get me social security, and I told your company my child already had it, and they were very surprised for some reason. I then told your company to delete my child's files because I already got SSI own my own without you, so this is untrue what you are telling me, and there should be phone records at your company to verify these phone calls. I was told not to worry, and I wouldn't be contacted anymore. Then I see that this Victoria Oconnell has applied herself to my child's account illegally, and I will take action if this is not taken care of. She better not have access to my child's information and she better not send anymore fraudulent emails to SSI again saying I wrote in and approved her! I have already spoken to a lawyer if this cannot be handled here. I NEVER authorized your company to get us SSI...your company didn't even know we were approved, so how could your company have been the one's to auth

When Human Arc took my case back in 2022 they assured me that they will continue with my case all the way and take it in front of the judge if it gets denied. Keep in mind that all their calls are being recorded and after Year today I was informed by a very rude agent name Trish that they will drop my case. Extremely rude and unprofessional because I was misinformed and they wasted my time. Resolution Sought Take responsibility and action for what they informed me.

Due to the restrictions under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we are unable to disclose much information in order to protect your privacy. Regardless, we dispute your allegations and have attempted to communicate with you directly a number of times about your case and our services to you. Based on current circumstances where you have indicated you have an attorney handling your case, we have discontinued contact with you and have withdrawn as your authorized representative. Via the Better Business Bureau response, we also provided you with a form in which to request your records from Centauri to share with the attorney you will be working with. We have also advised your health plan that we are no longer working with you. Thank you.

This is completely false because they informed me on a recorded line and in writing that they are dropping my case just before the hearing. In addition I still don’t have an attorney and they are also refusing to send me medical records.
