My company had insurance with them. I went to the dentist and December cost me $800 turn the claim into them. They kept he hauling around never have sent me a check for my refund. Take me to call them three times talk to someone they always said they needed to know how long I've had my old dentures so I told him still no response please help. Resolution Sought Send me my refund that's why insurance is for when we pay it

Without explanation Humana refused to cover a tier 1 generic drug called in by my doctor. When contacted the representative was unable to give an explanation and just said that the z-pack needed prior authorization. Humana refuses to explain to me the customer & patient why they will not cover it without their "blessing" Resolution Sought I want more transparency from Humana when it comes to my health care. Their random decisions affect my life and they should not be able to play God with peoples lives. And I want my $45.
