On 8 Apr I received a letter from humana dated 15march stating that I had been sent a check in 2024 but had not been cashed. I checked the block for a replacement check. The letter stated that I would have the replacement check in 2-3 weeks. Having not heard anything, I called humana. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND THEIR OWN LETTER! Now I am being told that I must wait 30days for the stop payment on the old check and "humana only issue checks once a month " so I MUST WAIT EVEN LONGER.!!!! Resolution Sought I want $155.55

Paid dentist in full Humana should have paid me back 1500 this has been going on since September 16 2024 they have sent my check to three different address each time making me wait 30 days I have made a lot of phone calls that last over an hour to be hung up on or told will call back never hear from this I have letter from December 21 -2024 saying they made mistake and sent to wrong people today is march 3 -2025 they can still not tell me when I will get check 6 months later a list of ref# Mary ref # 1000537593335 Marvy ref #1000535518845 ref #100533352704 ref#100523-96252 ref#100520624076 and I have more so tired of bang my head against the wall please help me Resolution Sought Give me my 1500 they have sent it to wrong people 3 times
