I bought my house in Jacksonville NC and the air conditioner unit failed on 6 September 2023. I filed a warranty claim, the next day a technician came and found thermal expansion valve defective. I called for an update today 13 September 2023. I was told the part is on back order and there is no further information. Resolution Sought I want my entire air conditioning system replaced. Until the replacement is complete, I want portable air conditioning units provided.

In the world we all live in today unfortunately there are many, many parts on back order at all times. It is an unreasonable request for the entire unit to be replaced upon one part failure. We have worked with the customer, communicated to exhaustion and extended great lengths to remedy the situation. The part has been replaced and the unit is running as designed. Failure took place on 06 September 2023, part replaced 18 September 2023. Since then the customer has fallen off the face of the earth, no response to emails, phone calls or texts. We consider the matter to be completed and the customer to be happy with the results.
