Huneycutt Auto Sales complaints

Richard stephen huneycutt sold me a lemon on 7/30/21 that had been in previous wreck(collission) & had damages to side slide drivers back door & back left bumper that he promised didn't effect the motor. Plus he marked on title reassignment paperwork " never been in collision or damaged" when it had!!! The 2005 dodge caravan vin # 1d4gp45r15b322654 broke down on me not even 2 days after i put $500 down on it plus it smelled like gas when driving. The car is a salvage car from previous wreck & damaged from it but he sold it as regular title car for $2500 when nc insurance law says he cant sell an insurance total or partial loss car for $2500 after ins paid claim out making it salvage title not regular title. He refused to tow the car back to his car lot or fix it or swop out for another car comparable for regular title & sale price of $2500 or give me my $500 down payment back!!!! The car is parked at storage off the road & I've taken my ins off it cause I'm not allowing him to file fraudulent ins claim on my ins for the lemon he sold me that had been wrecked & damaged prior to my financing it. The previous owner he got the van from was Kevin & if he got a claim from his ins on it at time of wreck then i know for fact Richard by law can not turn around sell a total or partial loss claim car for $2500 under a regular title instead of a salvage title!!!!! Plis theres a 30day lemon law but he refused to honor 30d lemon law too Resolution Sought Give me my $500 back, or put me in comparable car that's not salvage vehicles he's tryna sell under regular title that's nicer been in wreck or damaged. Please do give me your email address so i can send you the fraugulent title work he falsified plys signed his son's name as notory on that paperwork but his son the notory steven huneycutt was not there to stamp the paperwork much less sign as notory & thats a fact furthermore the issue is the van has gas line leak from being wrecked. & Not only has huge dent in side passinger slide door behind drivers seat so derp that that drivers dor slide does not open plus dent in back bumper on same side drivers side. Fact he resold a wrecked car but did not repair it b4 selling it when there had to of been insurance claim filed on it says he broke the law!!! Not even 2 days after i put $500 down on it it broke down but was smelling like gas so bad that others even smelled it just standing beside the van. There is a 30 day lemon law he refused to honor & oh yes i did notify him but he refused to come get it to take back to his car lot to fix!!!! No i was not gonna be out anymore money by having to pay for a tow from monroe to albemarle when it was his responsibility to tow it back & fix or give me my money back.I want criminal charges on him now because i was forced to leave the van in a gate
