Front door damaged beyond repair, refrigerator barely works, and dirt falling out of it. heat stuck on 90, missing a bedroom door, windows, missing toilet in master bedroom keeps stopping up dish washer does not work and it has bugs in it a bundle of carpet is on the outside of my place needs to be moved Resolution Sought I just want them to fix everything

Attempted to lease a Mobil home .Gave them two fifty dollar money orders . They claim both me and my wife had to pay fifty dollars for .processing the applications , to live in the same mobile home. They never had a trailer ready to be leased. After paying the $100 they said come back t the next day at 12:00 pm for a walk through . My wife did a walk thru on the trailer she was led to believe was going to be our trailer the day before. Hunter Ridge receptionist then informed her they don't have a mobile home available . My wife told the receptionist upfront that we were living in a hotel. And we couldn't wait two weeks. They never said up front that they didn't have a trailer available. Settlement desired $100 returned and all my personal copies of my personal papers, pension papers and social security papers .She slammed the door on me and said those papers belong to her . We asked for our money and paper work back the same day we found out no mobile homes were available. Was told we didn't have to rent there , that's when a heated exchange ensued on the phone. Just for the record she did slam the door on me and my walking cane got caught in the door. And at that point out of frustration I called her a stank ho. Just for the record it was the Manager Valerie not the receptionist. Just for the record the mobile shown was not posted as a model. Resolution Sought Return $100 dollars return all personal paper work on me and my wife bank ,pension paper, social security papers.
