I tried contacting this business to settle the debt several times. I tried emailing two different email accounts owned by them ([email protected] on December 28, 2023 and [email protected] on March 28, 2024). They did not respond by acknowledging my documentation either time. On April 2, 2024 I spent several hours attempting to contact someone through their online "chat" feature. I have screenshots of this to prove. The representative lied about responding to my email, then they continued to claim the charges were validated. Through these months of no contact from the company, they charge an interest on 8 on the debt amount. This is predatory and completely unfair to people who are genuinely interested in settling the debt, but they are waiting for the company to respond. Finally I called the company and offered to settle the debt because I became so frustrated and didn't want the interest to keep piling up while I don't hear back from them. They said they could do a 10 discount but there would also be a software fee of $13.95 if using anything besides an American Express credit card. Resolution Sought Refund the total amount I paid, including the $13.95 software fee. I produced documentation that proved Champion Farms should not have charged me but the debt collector, Hunter Warfield, never even looked at my email.
