Hunter Warfield is a collection agency located in Tampa, Florida They were assigned an account from a previous landlord I had two years ago. So I have tried to contact them many times to discuss some kind of settlement to bring my account current. The first guy told me that I was responsible for the whole amount of the collection and that they would not take anything less. So I called again today to speak to a manager to see if again possibly I would be able to settle this account, so after being passed around to different people never a manger to fix the problem all I keep getting is rude customer service agents that must need to meet some type of quota ,because no one is given me a remedy to clear up the issue. I have asked Hunter Warfield to please send me the original debt that was sent to them by the creditor, first one lady said 24-48 hours then the next person says they have 30days to do this . However as the consumer they should be getting me this requested info. I spoke to Andrea I again asked for a manager because apparently the customer service have no clue what's going on or how to help. Andrea stated to me ,that I had called them to many times today, I stated to her that they have called me a 100 times a day trying to collect the debt. So why can't I call to get info I requested which is the original debt which by law I am entitled to, These people are in experienced and have no right to deny me the paperwork and or to speak to management about the issue at Resolution Sought I would like for them to send me the original debt letter ASAP .that was received from the creditor that reported the debt to them as by law it is my right to have it. I know there a collection agency , so asking them to have a bit more customer service attention to clients is a lost.
