Items were ordered and paid for on time. They did not ship them in promised timeframe stated on their website. I requested them to cancel it. They shipped it anyway. I immediately returned the item per their policy that states I had 15 days. They received my return but will not refund my money. Per their policy I am due a full refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
