I need help with my health. I have asked the nurses to please, please take me to doctor for skin break out and the nurses here keep telling me each week the doctor is coming and I never seen a doctor yet, this rash is painful and itiching so bad I cannot sleep at night so please help me. Huntington Park Nursing Center 6425 Miles Ave. 90255 My doctor name is David Razi 3106779400 3451 Century Blvd. Inglewood, California 90303 I would like to make appointment to see him if there is not a doctor in the facility here. Resolution Sought I just want to see a doctor please I been here for 6 months and need to see a doctor. this is type by my cousin Ann Arbuckle at my request. so please give this some attention
