Company is such crap

I ordered a ELECTRIC bike for about 80 bucks last month feb 2 and they said will send confirmation after so many days and now it's March and still no bike I asked for money or bike and still no response company no communication or anything they suck at customer service and customer support they suck I recommend DO NOT Order from Hupper Go marketplace or they thought was smart they changed their online name to Coassto marketplace to sell to people to steal people's money BE SMART Don't buy from them ..... thanks
